Dogs
- Current immunizations for Rabies, Distemper, Parvo Virus, and Bordetella
- Heartworm blood test within the last 12 months.
Cats
- Current immunizations for Rabies, Feline Distemper, Rhinotracheitis, Panleukopenia, and Leukemia.
All Pets
- fecal examination for internal parasites within the last 12 months
- must be free of external parasites (fleas and ticks) and everyone will be treated for flees upon admission with Capstar
Cleansing Bath
- Option on the day of dismissal
Grooming
- All major grooming is referred to our professional groomer
| | Emergency or Veterinary Attention
- Any animal that requires emergency or veterinary attention will receive medical attention at our discretion, and at the owner's expense.
Awareness
- Be aware that your pet's diet may have varied while away from home. They may have barked at other animals; or the temperature and humidity may be slightly different from your home. This may create problems such as sore throats, or diarrhea. We seek to prevent such problems, however illness may still develop. Owners will be charged appropriate fees for all treatment and medication needed for reasons that are not directly under our control.
Boarding Admission Form
- All clients are required to read and sign the boarding admission form.
Admission and Discharge
- Pets may be admitted and discharged ONLY during regular office hours.
